Rhubarb- 

 For this seasonal, we work with the 5th generation, Cook family farm, based in the famous Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle. Their indoor rhubarb is bright pink, grown in the dark, hand-harvested by candle light and is absolutely delicious. We've pressed the rhubarb to extract its vibrant & flavourful juice and have paired this with unrefined cane sugar, Essex sea salt, a small amount of organic apple cider vinegar and a mix of black & pink peppercorns. Our blend of ingredients allows the true taste of this incredible vegetable (yes that's right, rhubarb is a vegetable), to shine through in this delicious soda. All of our apples are sourced directly from local farms in Essex and Kent, then pressed by our team in single varieties or small blends. Each bottle features a neck sticker highlighting the apple variety and its unique flavour profile, so you know exactly what’s inside.

Our apple juices are gently pasteurised using a low and slow technique to make the bottles suitable for ambient storage, while preserving the vibrant, natural flavours of each variety.
